Seattle University is located in Central Seattle, E of downtown.  Neighborhoods favored by students with excellent proximity to campus and bus routes are: Capitol Hill and First Hill.  The Central District itself is undergoing change and new condo developments are geared toward housing SU students within walking distance of main campus.

Parents (and students) can expect to mortgage 250,000 and more for a safe and enjoyable 0-1 bedroom condo.  Proximity to major (noisy) streets and north/south directions will factor in to price.  This area of Seattle shifts radically from block to block and costs-of-living reflect the importance of Location, Location, Location in the communities surrounding Seattle University.
